It Takes a Village

The SimLoH Dynasty, Inc. is a nonprofit organization registered under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to restore our future, one child at a time. We offer parent mentorship, motivation, and networking groups. Besides, we provide education scholarship funding for elementary and high school students.

 

We believe that using back-to-basic forms of creative evangelistic principles will help us invest in hope, build legacies, and create generational inheritance. Our primary objective is to support organizations across America that focus on becoming and aware and preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and offer effective parenting programs.

The Founders

Lorene Price-Henderson

Lorene Price-Henderson is an ordained minister, businesswoman, innovator, mentor, and advocate deeply committed to social justice and community empowerment. She founded SimLoH Dynasty Inc., dedicated to raising awareness about adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and fostering healthy family dynamics. Lorene authored Get Out! Training Your Children to Leave the Nest, equipping parents with tools to guide their children into independence.

 

A certified Youth Mental Health First Aider and Biblical Counselor, Lorene has served on several boards advocating for mental health awareness and support. Her passion for empowering women and youth is evident in her leadership roles with 2nd Chance Transitional Housing, the Chicago and Cook County Juvenile Justice systems, and as Executive Director of R.E.S.T.O.R.E. Outreach of New Beginnings Church.

Currently pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Biblical Counseling at Luther Rice College & Seminary, Lorene integrates faith-based principles into her life coaching practice, inspiring individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.

As a wife to Simeon and mother to Simeon Jr. and Mariah, Lorene finds joy in her family and is grounded in her faith. Guided by humility and compassion, her work reflects the biblical principle of selfless service, creating lasting impact within her community and beyond.

Simeon Henderson

Simeon Henderson co-founded SimLoH Dynasty Inc., a leader dedicated to empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and build brighter futures. Currently working in the Atlanta film industry as a skilled construction professional, Simeon is known for his commitment to excellence and service.

 

Holding an Associate of Arts degree in Addiction Studies, Simeon is also certified in the M.E.N. PEER Program and Peace Circle facilitation. He has demonstrated a heart for community service as a life coach for male juveniles in Chicago and as a former 2nd Chance Chicago Inc. board member, supporting women and children in transitional housing.

Since marrying Lorene in 2011, Simeon has embraced his roles as a husband, father to their son, Simeon Loren, and caregiver to Mariah Price, Lorene’s sister. He is also a proud father to two adult daughters, who continue to inspire his mission. Their shared experiences with overcoming challenges and addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) have shaped their goal of breaking generational cycles and fostering resilience.

 

A devoted man of God and mentor, Simeon leads by example, inspired by Colossians 3:23: "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men." Through SimLoH Dynasty Inc., he channels his faith and expertise into programs promoting hope, generational inheritance, and lasting legacies for needy families.
